Zwift Run + Garmin Duplicate on Strava? The Fix
Zwift and your Garmin both record the same virtual run and both post to Strava. Let Zwift be the recorder and don't post the Garmin copy.
Diagnosis
Zwift records your virtual run (with the footpod/Stryd) and posts it to Strava, and your Garmin records the same run and posts it too — so it appears twice. Pick one recorder for the virtual session: let Zwift post it, and don't also post the Garmin copy.

- Stryd pod → Zwift Run (pace & power) — Accurate indoor pace/power into Zwift.
- Zwift Run → Strava — The virtual run reaches Strava once.

- ✓Run the session in Zwift with your footpod/Stryd paired.

- Connect Zwift → Strava (Zwift → Settings → Connections → Strava).
- Turn OFF Garmin Connect → Strava for these virtual runs (or simply don't record them on the Garmin).

- Start the run in Zwift; let it record the session. Use the Garmin only if you're not recording the run on it.
